I want to show the search function and output the result in a different container on the same page using elementor.
The search fields have zero effect on the output regardless if i use a filter button or not. Settings are set to update the result when the user changes any filter.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

Ok I checked and the thing is that when you have text search added, it requires the submit button to filter to results hence you will not be able to use the ajax filter.

In your case you have text search filter added, can you please add submit button and check if you able to filter the results correctly.
