Dear Toolset,
I just buy a license for renew my website that is already working with the version 3.2.7 for Toolset Types. How can I proceed with the upgrade? I had done a backup copy of my website for test . Must I install directly the pluging that I had download from your website?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Please try to follow the following steps:
- Deactivate and Delete the existing Toolset plugins
- you can download and install the latest Toolset Types plugin:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- And once you install and activate the latest Toolset Types plugin, then you should try to register your site:
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-otgs-installer-plugin-installed
- Then you can use installer to install the addon Toolset plugins as shown with the step #5.

Thank you for your answer.
I have a lot of customize fields and tags with Toolset. If I uninstall and install the new plugins, does I forget all the work that I have done in my actual website?

I suggest you first setup a staging/test site where you can perform the Toolset plugins upgradation process as in case anything goes wrong it will not affect your current live/production site.

Deactivating and deleting Toolset plugins will not delete the content like (custom fields, views, content template). Once you install and activate the latest plugins it will be back again.

Perform the plugins update process on staging/test site and once you see everything working as expected go ahead and update plugins on your live/production site. I hope that makes sense.

Hello Minesh,
I had uninstall all the Toolset plugins and after I had install the OTGS Installer plugin. After that, I have install Toolset Types, the installation is correct but when I active the plugin my WordPress is broken. Please, could you help me?
I am in a test site in lien caché

Can you please deactivate and delete the Toolset installer plugin.

Just install and activate the latest the Toolset Types plugin and then go to:
- Plugins => Add New => Commercial
- You will see the installer using which you can intall Toolset addon plugins.

Hello Minesh,
That´s works great for me! Thank you.
Now, I have installed Toolset Types, Views and Layouts. Types and Views area activate and Layouts desactivate.
But my alphabetical list for artists doesn´t work properly. It looks like the layout is not assigned to that entry, I had review everything and I cannot see the fault.
Here is the error lien caché "The page doesn´t exists".
How can I repair this?

You should not use Toolset Layouts plugin as it's in mataintanance mode. You should deactivate and delete the Toolset Layouts plugin as its not required for now.

If above information does not help, please share admin access details and what content template you created.

It seems the issue is the child theme you are using.

I just switched to the parent Bridge theme and I can see it does display the correct content:
