Hi Support,

I am trying to implement a messaging system with tutors & students, so I had import the messaging system using module manager - https://toolset.com/modules/messaging-system/ and try applying it on my site.

I am able to display message to its users in message on my account page -lien caché See screenshot lien caché, but when message is opening by its author its not allowing to show or reply,
please have a look- lien caché.

Please fix this issue for me.

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you check that Brian is actually the author of this message on the post type itself ?

So go to the backend and locate this message and see if the author field has Brian as its author. If it does please let me know.

Hi Sid,

I had to make a few modifications to the messaging system.

I made another shortcode to get the current user id for the messaging and then adding the information for the view parameter for the received messages.

Can you have a look now and let me know if everything is ok.

I want to show login form where guest user try to message the tutor. please see screenshot-- lien caché
Currently, its showing blank for logout users.

Please let me know about this issue?

Hi Sid,

Unfortunately it won't be possible for guests to send messages.

This is because there will be no user ID for the message form to be linked to, so the tutor won't know who the message is from and who to reply to.
