Hi

My Toolset view used to have a filter so it was filtered by a category but now it no longer is and when I go to setup the query filter in the options under "Taxonomies" categories is not there.

Any ideas why? Seems like a bug?

How can I sort?

Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've performed some tests and it seems that the existing taxonomy query filter is not visible in the view settings, when using PHP 7+. It cannot be set up again because it is already set in the background and works to filter the posts accordingly, too. Upgrading to PHP 8+ makes the taxonomy filter visible again.

Can you please confirm the same on your website and see if the updating to PHP 8+ resolves this? I'll report this to the concerned team, accordingly.

regards,
Waqar
