Toolset shortcode not working in wysiwyg custom toolset field

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: use toolset shortcode (eg. [wpv-post-title]) on a toolset-created wysiwyg custom field but the shortcode is not rendering. Just shows [wpv-post-title]. Not sure if im missing out anything. fyi, the shortcode works in the native content editor field. sample site -> hidden link
