[Résolu] Toolset Plugin Cannot Connect To Toolset

Ce fil est résolu. Voici une description du problème et la solution proposée.

Problem:

I keep receiving a notice that Toolset cannot connect to its server to check for updates and security releases. I've tried fixing it, but the message persists.

Solution:

Contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist the following URLs:

api.toolset.com
cloudfront.net

Toolset uses dynamic IPs, so a static IP cannot be whitelisted. After ensuring the URLs are whitelisted, follow these steps:

- Log into toolset.com.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)".
- Click the "Unregister" link (this won't affect any data).
- Click "Register Toolset" again.
- Generate a new site key, paste it into the "Site Key" field, and click "OK."

This is the error I am getting below:

Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

I have tried fixing it, but I want to go away.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to whitelist the URLs below:

api.toolset.com
cloudfront.net

We can not provide a static IP address to whitelist as we use a dynamic IP system.

After that please do as follows:

- Make sure that you are logged in toolset.com
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)".
- Click the "Unregister" link. No worries, you will not lose any data.
- Click the "Register Toolset" at the right section of the screen.
- Click the "Get a key for this site" link annotated in the screenshot below.
- A new page will open up and the auto-generated key will show in pop-up.
- Copy the key and paste it into the "Site Key" input box annotated in the screenshot below.
- Click the "OK" button.

Thanks.
