Solution:
This usually occurs when there is an issue with the registration key.

Currently I don't have any staginf site but still I see this error i.e Site key not matching
note also I have correctly generated the key using sub directory i.e lien caché but still the key is not getting match
also uploaded & replaced with latest version & updated remaining toolset plugin but still shows "Site key not matching "
