Toolset Layouts, Views and Types plugins removing content from the main page

This support ticket is created Il y a 8 months, 1 week. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Toolset Layouts, Views and Types plugins removing content from the main page when activated but enabling link in the header. When deactivated, content is back on the main page but the link is disabled there.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I'm not sure what plugin version you are using but I would like to inform you that Toolset Layouts plugin is in maintanace mode since we introduce the Toolset Blocks.

I strongly suggest if you do not have many Layouts created then switch to content tmeplate.

Can you please share video or few screenshot that should help me to understand what exactly the issue you are facing.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
