toolset and wpbakery page builder cannot be used together

This support ticket is created Il y a 5 années et 10 mois. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Sorry I closed my ticket too early.
My issue is that I want to create a template with wpbakery page builder. But I cannot use the design Options (e.g. Change of Background in not possible).

Please find the answer of wpbakery support:
"The issue with template is because it adds the design options such as background in template and then template is pulled onto another page/post. The design options fail to render when it is rendered in such manner. It can only be rendered on the page where it is added."

please advise.
on all other Posts or pages the design Options work well if I don´t use toolset.
