The WYSIWYG editor in a repeatable field group

Problem: The WYSIWYG editor in a repeatable field group (RFG) does not include all the toolbar buttons I would expect to see in a WYSIWYG editor.

Solution: Update to Types 3.3 to get the fix for this issue.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
When adding a WYSIWYG editor to a repeatable field group it shows me just a (small) selection of the buttons that are normally available.

Is that correct? If so; why? And is there a workaround to have more styling options?

Hi, yes we have seen this usability issue and reported it to our developers. It seems to be related to some changes made for Gutenberg support. I'll keep you posted here as I receive more information about it. Right now, there is no workaround for this issue.

It's been escalated to our developers, but the ticket is not resolved yet. Our lead developer seems to think it's related to a change in the way WP initializes dynamic WYSIWYG / TinyMCE editors.

Thanks for the follow up and please let me know the status update. I know this is not critical; however i'm probably not the only person that is actually missing the option to offer clients styling options in repeatable fields.

I have a version of Types 3.38 and I am experiencing this same issue.
