Hello, since I updated to the latest version of Toolset plugins the page on the website that provides the members directory and member search criteria will not load.

Can you help please?

Thank you very much.

Here's the error produced:

[05-Nov-2019 19:53:07 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /path/to/site/wp-content/themes/Divi/includes/builder/class-et-builder-element.php on line 1409

Okay it looks like you have a page built with Divi here:
lien caché

Inside that page, you have included a View:

This View contains a template that is designed with Divi:

Please review our documentation here for best practices using Toolset and Divi:
https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/toolset-divi-integration/

I can see that you have activated the latest Divi experience, which isn't fully compatible with Toolset.
https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/toolset-divi-integration/known-issues-between-divi-and-toolset/

However, I don't think it would cause this kind of timeout. Let's try a few additional troubleshooting steps.
- If possible, test the View by placing it on a page that is not designed with Divi. Test placing the entire View using one shortcode, and then test again placing the filters and results separately since this is how it's set up in the Divi builder.
- Please temporarily deactivate any non-Toolset plugins, activate the parent Divi theme and test again. I'd like to see if there is a 3rd-party plugin conflict here, or something in the child theme causing problems. If the problem is resolved, reactivate the theme and plugins one by one until the problem returns.

Thanks Christian, I will try all those things tomorrow.

Thanks, I will stand by for your update and we can go from there.

Hi Christian,

I managed to rollback the Divi theme to the previous version. The directory page now opens and works so that is good. However the page loads slowly initially but works quite quick on refresh (random view) and search function. Is there anything I could do that might speed the initial page loading?

Thank you,
Brendan

Normally we measure performance with the Query Monitor plugin. If any single query is taking longer than 0.05 seconds, we will investigate further. I can see you're using the beta Views plugin, so that may have something to do with it. I'll be glad to run that test if you approve.

Yes please, thank you.

Query monitor produces no results. I'm not sure why this would be, unless the page is being served from cache because of an error.

When searching by category, the slowest Views query is 0.0071, well below our threshold for slow queries.

Is it possible to purge object caching on your host environment?
