Thank you for your reply.
This slider-function is totally new to me but I managed to build a slider with 3 posts in it.
Afterwards I'v been trying to build a new slider with 2 images from the same post - but for some reason it doesn't work.

The problem is that it only shows the first image from the post and then takes another image from another post.
I have made custom fields in this post and in this custom field I can upload multiple images - maybe that is the problem?
Maybe you can tell me what am I doing wrong?

Hi Kristen,

As you have another approach for the slider, the post slider method will not work for you. The post slider takes one image per post and loops through the posts to create a slider.

But for your case, you have one post with a custom field that can have more than one image.

I suggest that you take the Slider Block approach, if you search in the Gutenberg (block editor) you will find a Toolset slider that you can use to add either static images or dynamically from a source that you want. That should be a better option for you.
