After making an edit to a post form that we use to collect information, now if I try to edit that WP containing page I get these errors in the javascript console, noting in error_log. Deleting and re-creating the page (as it is just a placeholder anyway) resolved the issue, but I don't know what went wrong.

I will require bit more details or it would be better if you can share access details with problem URL where I can see the issue if. (However it seems it will not be possible as you already deleted the page and recreated it).
Is it possible for you to share steps that should help me to reproduce the issue.
- You created post form for Custom post type - what fields are added to form?
- Where you added the form? Do you have any other blocks added to page?
Please share all required details and I'm happy to run a test with the latest hotfix release.
Sorry, I am not taking time to go through the whole dog and pony show again from ground zero. This is an issue created by your hotfix, pass it on to your developers. If they want to fix it to make life better for everyone, that would be wonderful. Hopefully I can avoid being bitten by this new bug in the future, but if it becomes persistent and nothing has been done, then I may have to invest the time to walk through the painful process of getting it to your developer's attention.
