[Résolu] Site Key wrong

Ce fil est résolu. Voici une description du problème et la solution proposée.

Problem:

The customer could not register the Toolset site key. Even though the domain and key looked correct, the website kept showing that the key was wrong. The site was also running a very old version of Toolset Types.

Solution:

The issue was caused by using an outdated Toolset version. The recommended fix was to manually update the Toolset plugins to the latest version first, and then unregister and register the site again from the Commercial tab using a newly generated site key. This resolves the registration problem on old Toolset installations.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I added my website url to My Sites in the Toolset Dashboard. Then I tried to add the site-key in my website, but it allways says, that the key is wrong. I copied the key and checked the domain, everything is ok, but it doesn´t work. What can I do?

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I followd the information on in the wordpress dashboard to register a site. FXI: I´m trying to update from a very old version of the toolset types plugin (2.2.21).

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. You will need to update Toolset plugins manually and then register the sitekey due to the fact that you use a very old version.

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Make sure you are signed in toolset.com.
- Go to https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Click the "Download Toolset manually" link to show the rest of the plugins on the page.
- Download the latest version of Toolset plugins. (Toolset Views and Toolset Blocks are the same.)
- Install them manually on your website like any other plugin.

After that, do the steps below to register the sitekey:

- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)".
- Click the "Unregister Toolset" link. (Your translations will be safe)
- Click the "Register Toolset" at the right section of the screen.
- Click the "Get a key for this site" link.
- A new page will open up and the auto-generated key will show in pop-up.
- Copy the key and paste it into the "Site Key" input box.
- Click the "OK" button.

Thanks.
