[Résolu] Site key doesnt work

This support ticket is created Il y a 2 years, 9 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I try to put the key from toolset in my back-end of WooCommerce. It doesn't recognize the key.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No, just copy/ paste the key.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

I use wordfence plugin. Do I need something to allow the traffic?

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

An error like this can be server-specific and can appear if there have been too many attempts from a particular IP or server. Were you trying to register using a different site key earlier?

The rate-limiting after the excessive attempts should be automatically fixed within 24 hours. In case the issue persists, I recommend temporarily disabling the Cloudflare CDN and the Wordfence plugin and then trying the registration.
