Site key doesn't work, invalid

This support ticket is created Il y a 3 years, 11 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

A new install of Toolset Types plugin in lien caché, trying to register plugin, getting "Invalid site key for the current site" error message.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

No, this should be straightforward, it's just registering a new site with the toolset.com supplied key = 498KADD2u3

Is there a similar example that we can see?

My issue is resolved now. Thank you! Requesting a new site key from within the plugin corrected the issue.
