Set default relationship

I have a front end form for a repeating field. It appears on the page that I want the item to appear on.

Is there a way to set the default relationship in the form to the current page?

In the field default value what if you try to use [wpv-post-id] and check if that help you to resolve your issue.

Thanks just needed to figure out how to add it to the form, in advanced mode.

It would be a good idea to add an option to the simple form to select (the page were the form is shown).
