This works if the user is already logged in, but in most cases, they won't be, and thus won't have a username to give control of the listing to. Is there a way to log in the user and then remember the parent post it came from? Have the create user form and the post form on the same page? Remember the link after filling out a create user form?
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Can you please share problem URL where you added the form and the parent page link from where user click and he will be redirected to the page where you have form with the parent select box where you want to display parent as selected.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I logged in using the admin access details you shared and I can see the form on the following link:

Can you please tell me what nest steps you want and where at what course of action what should happen and what field/post you want to save and where. I need exact step by step insturction or workflow once I have that I will review it and get back to you with possible solution if any.
Please share link of every steps as well.

I figured out how to do this. I now have it that the login form is on the same page as the Claim Listing form. If you're not logged in you see the login form, then, when you create an account, it automatically logs you in and gives you a role that allows you to see the Claim Listing form.
