No matter what I do in the left panel, the right side results are the same. For example, if I choose category Reviews, the right side still gives me the same results.

I looked at your page, and I can see that choosing a category in the sidebar triggers a request to the server which appears at face value to be correct, and gets a "sensible" response.
It is hard to say what the correct response should be without being able to see the data on your site.
Could we get acess to check your set up?
Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.
