I am trying to:

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: Says page cannot be found for custom toolset type "project". It is in fact in the website anx page. I have purged cache multiple times. All Post types under project cannot be found. Please help!

Welcome to Toolset support.

I checked the custom post type in question and it seems it works with no issues. I created a video showing my experience:

I had to disable Hierarchical option int the custom post type. That was causing the issue. I would like to add hierarchical option, but for some reason it is not working.

I switched the project's custom post type to a hierarchical mode and I do not see any issues.

Again I need to know what is the error or the problem so I can be able to know what to do?

Maybe if you could use the loom.com site to record your desktop and show me what is the issue?

Or maybe you create some screenshots and upload?
