Required field with conditional display

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,
I have some custom fields groups with Conditional Display, based on a Select field.
All these custom fields are set as "Required".

How can I avoid these error messages, about groups which are not shown, when saving a post?

Hello, normally required fields hidden by Types conditional display engine do not prompt errors like this during saving. Maybe something else is going on here. Can you provide a bit more information?
- Are there any JavaScript errors shown in the browser console when you try to save the post?
- If you temporarily activate the default Twenty Twenty One theme and deactivate all plugins except Toolset, is the problem resolved?
- If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and other plugins one by one until the problem returns. Let me know if you are able to isolate some source of conflict.
