I am trying to verify the status of my license, but it is not working despite the fact that I have already paid for the renewal. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

What if you try to your account's sites listing page:
- https://toolset.com/account/sites/

And then try to delete the existing site key.

And then try to follow the following Doc to register the new site key.
- https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-otgs-installer-plugin-installed

Does that helps?

I followed the procedure, but after installing 'OTGS Installer', I am unable to activate the extension.

Ok can you please send me admin access details and let me check what's going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
