[Résolu] Problem connecting to Toolset API, problem we had earlier

This support ticket is created Il y a 4 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,
I'm having the same issue that I reported here: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/sites-lost-connection-to-the-toolset-api-server-again/ over a year ago and it was fixed. I'm not going to describe it all again in case it is the same fix. I can't connect to the Toolset API server again, and last time it was due to a block on unc.edu domains (the entirety of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill). Can you please check if this is the cause again? If not, I can provide more details. Thank you.
