Post type template not working

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Create full-width layout

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: lien caché

I expected to see: Full-width layout without the page title at the top or events list at the bottom

Instead, I got: Broken layout

Hi there

It looks like you are using Divi.

Are you using a Toolset template for location posts (rather than a Divi template)?

If so, when editing the Toolset template, have you set the theme options to use full-width and to hide the title?

And that is not working.

If that's the case, could we get credentials from you to double-check your settings in the back end? If we confirm those are correct and yet it is not working, we'll need to see if we can reproduce the same on a clean site with Divi.

Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.
