Tell us what you are trying to do?
Created a custom post type.
Created a WordPress viewings archive.
When I edit the viewings archive it is showing "pages" as part of the results.

I am happy to provide login if there is a way to do that privately anymore?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

ARCHIVE LOOP
[wpv-layout-start]
[wpv-items-found]
<!-- wpv-loop-start -->
<wpv-loop>
[wpv-post-body view_template="loop-item-in-viewings"]
</wpv-loop>
<!-- wpv-loop-end -->
[wpv-pager-archive-nav-links output="bootstrap" first_last_links="true" previous_next_links="true"]
[/wpv-items-found]
[wpv-no-items-found]
[wpml-string context="wpv-views"]No items found[/wpml-string]
[/wpv-no-items-found]
[wpv-layout-end]

LOOP ITEM
<div class="uk-card uk-card-default uk-grid-collapse uk-margin" data-uk-grid="">
<div class="uk-card-media-left uk-cover-container uk-width-1-4@s">
<img src="[wpv-post-featured-image output="url"]" alt="[wpv-post-title]" data-uk-cover="">
<canvas height="300"></canvas>
</div>
<div class="uk-width-3-4@s">
<div class="uk-card-body">
<h1 class="uk-card-title uk-heading-small uk-margin-remove-bottom">[wpv-post-title]</h1>
<p class="uk-article-meta uk-margin-remove-top">January 21st 2020 - February 23rd 2022 (44 years old)</p>
[wpv-post-excerpt length="255"]
<p><a class="uk-button uk-button-primary" href="[wpv-post-url]">Read Full Obituary</a></p>
</div>
</div>
</div>

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?
hidden link (code is dfh43) on this page, you will see my viewings archive for the custom post type "viewings". However, in addition to the funerals, you will see "Services" "Store" and "Test". These are all just WordPress pages that I created, and should NOT be showing up here!!

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

As I understand - you have a view that is set to display the post type page and you want to exclude specific pages from the view result - is that correct?

#2592121

Not exactly.

I created a custom post type called viewings.

I made a view that displays this custom post type, but for some reason PAGES are being included in the query.

That is strange. Can you please share admin access details and let me check whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

First of all, once I loggedin to the admin I find that you are using the outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
OR
You can install/update Toolset plugins using the installer plugin:
-https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-otgs-installer-plugin-installed

Do you see the issue with latest Toolset plugins?

#2598825

Updated - still not working properly. I thought I might have figured it out (that the issue was the YooTheme theme but it is not).

Everything on latest versions again as of 4/24/23

Select Viewings

Multiple Pages are showing up in the query instead of just the custom post type Viewings [wpv-view name="viewings"] shortcode is used on that page, Pages should not be showing up!

Thank you.

The archive from Toolset is queried correctly to only "viewings" post type but it seems either theme or third-party plugin you are using is hijacking the archive and change the post type to any.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no theme/plugin conflict:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
