I'm not sure why Layout's menu is outside the Toolset menu. Maybe you are using really outdated Toolset plugins.

Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

But what I found with the debug information you shared - did you installed the Toolset Layouts plugin? Have you created any Layouts?

Well - if you are using Layouts before and if you created Layouts before using Toolset Layouts plugin then and then its required to install and activate Toolset Layouts plugin.

However - still even if few users created Layouts using Toolset Layouts plugin we encourage theme to convert that to content templates instead of using Layouts as Layouts plugin is under maintanance.

There is no new feature we suppose to add to Toolset Layouts plugin.

Hi, thank you for that important information! Last question for today: Do you recommend to additionally install and activate Elementor/Elementor Pro oder do you not?

We have limited integration with Elementor as you can see with the following doc:
- https://toolset.com/course-lesson/using-toolset-with-elementor-page-builder/

But I recommond to use one page builder that is blocks. If you have any other fancy requirement then go for Elementor and check if that works without any issues.
