Tell us what you are trying to do?

I’m trying to build a multi-vendor bilingual webiste, using different subscription level to limit number of vendor's product, whose products are reservations (Service X Monday 13 feb 11a.m.). Also, the website will be a One product / multi-vendor, as the vendors will have to choose among a specific list of products.

I thought of creating a CF called “package-enable” (Y/N) and nb-product-package1 = X, nb-product-package2 = Y, etc., and create a conditional rule to allow the vendor to create product until he reaches the allowed product number for it's package.

But my issue is once the products are published.

How can I automatically unpublish them if the vendor changes / cancel the subscription?
And is there an easier way to limit the number of product a vendor can create?

I know some plugins are offering this feature, but I may need to build it from scratch directly in Toolset, so I'm asking.

Thank you

Catherine
N.B. I have many questions that I’ve separated in different posts to make it easier to answer 🙂

What is the link to your site?
Site to be developped, so no dev link yet.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

When vendor changes the subscription or cancel it - there must be a feature that you should change the role of the user according to subscription. I'm not sure how exactly you should do but as I shared with your another ticket - Toolset Offers WooCoomerce Subscription integration that you may want to use.

Please check the following related ticket that may help you:

I can see that WCFM (WooCommerce Front-End Manager) is Toolset compatible, and they have this plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-multivendor-membership/), allowing product number limit depending subscription level (lien caché).

Are you aware of any know issues in between Toolset and WCFM?
I'm trying not to bury my customer under montly / yearly plugin payments, and WC Subscription is 279$ per year.

Catherine 🙂

I do not see more than couple of user or many tickets related to WCFM (WooCommerce Front-End Manager). I'm not sure how you find that plugin is compatible with Toolset as we do not announce any official compatibility with WCFM plugin.

Here is the one of the ticket reported many years ago:

Thanks for the link, a lot of quite useful tips!
For the compatibility thing, they are showing on their website that they are Toolset compatible: lien caché

Great - if they say they are compatible then you can get the plugin support from them whenever you stuck.
