Most of the Toolset blocks are no longer available in the WordPress block editor.

The only Toolset blocks available are View, Form and Content Template.

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. You will need to update Toolset blocks.

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab)".
- Click the "Check for Updates" button.
- Update Toolset plugins there.

Thanks.

I have made sure everything is up-to-date but I am still only seeing those three Toolset blocks.

Hi,

Thank you. Would you please test whether the same issue occurs in a minimal setup? This will help us determine whether it is caused by a plugin or theme conflict.

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. A better approach would be to test this on a copy or staging version of the website to avoid any disruption to the live site.
- Switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Themes.
- Go to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins and deactivate all plugins except:
- Toolset Blocks
- Toolset Types
- Check whether you can still reproduce the issue.
- If the issue no longer occurs, reactivate the plugins one by one and check the issue after each activation to identify the plugin causing the conflict.

If the issue persists, I'd appreciate it if you could provide the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.

It is absolutely important that you confirm that you have a backup so that, if anything unexpected happens, you will have a restore point.

Please make sure you set your next reply as private.

Thanks.

Hi Lucy,

Thank you for the information.

At the moment, we do not have an official integration with the MemberPress plugin. Therefore, I recommend contacting the MemberPress support team as well so they can investigate the issue from their side.

I will also be happy to report this to our compatibility team. However, please note that, since MemberPress is not officially integrated with Toolset, we cannot guarantee that a fix or workaround will be provided.

To help us investigate, I created a clean WordPress installation with the latest Toolset plugins, which you can access here:

Please install the MemberPress plugin there and reproduce the issue. Once it can be replicated on the sandbox website, I will report it to our compatibility team.

Thanks.

Hi Christopher

I have installed MemberPress and the MemberPress Courses extension.

It reproduces the issue. If you go to a page you will see that the only Toolset blocks available are Content Template and View. If you deactivated the MemberPress Courses plugin all blocks are available as normal.

Best wishes
Lucy
