Hi Lou,
thanks for your reply.

So for the action:
I have checked it in your website, it is a conflict with other plugin: Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro
You can deactivate it, and test again.

The Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro is the main plugin of my site, same as Toolset and its pro add-ons, and if I deactivate it I will lose some important functions about my project need!!!

For the other problem, I will try soon to deactivate all. But my site is under a multisite installation, and I think that there are some issues in some plugins about the multisite structure.

But, for now, the Issue on installer page is not also solved.

About the other problems, I not only deactivate the plugins and the themes, but I have moved them in an external folder, I left only the "type" and "wp-views" folders, but I don't have seen any improvement...

So it is a compatibility issue, please provide a copy of your website in below private message box.

Did you get any PHP error logs in your website?

The reason why this issue back again because you must have updated the Types and WPML plugins.

I applied the patch and I can see now installer page looks normal again:
=> lien caché

Regarding the CSS conflict between the "Ultimate Membership Pro" plugin and Toolset, I request you to open a new ticket as this ticket belongs to the installer issue originally which is now fixed. This will help other users searching on the forum as well as help us to write correct resolution summaries.

Hi Minesh,
thanks for your reply.

So, Now the installer page looks like fine but, if I try to update about Toolset Forms and Toolset Framework, the system return me an error message. But, after, I do the WPML Translation Management update and it has done fine... But I cannot update the Toolset addon.

Regarding the CSS conflict between the "Ultimate Membership Pro" plugin and Toolset, I have used the plugin Branda by WPMU Dev, that has an admin CSS editor, and I added this CSS code:

.ui-dialog.cred-dialog {
    position: fixed;
    left: 45%;
    top: 50%;}

The issue come because "Ultimate Membership Pro" plugin use ".ui-dialog" class that is in the same div with ".cred-dialog" class.

Glad to know you find the way to fix the issue and that you for sharing the conflict CSS as well. This may help other users as well.

Regarding you are not able to update the Toolset Add-on plugins, I reported that issue in front of Devs. For now, if you have urgency, you should try to update the plugins manually.
- Deactivate and delete the existing Toolset plugin from plugins page which you want to update
- Download the latest Toolset version of Toolset plugins from your accounts page: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Upload the downloaded plugin zip using the plugin page
