image doesn't show on front end, and custom fields is gone after refresh

Hi,

I need some help with Toolset custom post type.

Custom field "product description", i added some text, then save it. After fresh the page, the text is gone, what might be the reasons for this to happen? Pls refer to screenshot 1 and 2.

I think this ticket is a duplicate question, but in any case, the issue is known and should be fixed if you update to Types 3.4.14.
