[Résolu] I am seeing some connection error on cloned site toolset page. Please help

This support ticket is created Il y a 4 years, 5 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Toolset connection error.png

When I go to cloned site lien caché of production site and try to go to toolset page, it shows me connection error, which should not happen. I am sending screenshot. Please help.

Hi Rajiv,

Thank you for getting in touch. As you mentioned this is a clone of the production site which i'm assuming has a different URL where the flywheelsites.com domain name isn't in the URL.

This would mean that product key is no longer able to verify given the new URL. This is a common occurrence when sites have been migrated/cloned and there is a change in the URL.

The fix is to generate a new site key for the new URL.
