How to Find This Block?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That image box block is part of the plugin "Stackable – Page Builder Gutenberg Blocks".
=> https://wordpress.org/plugins/stackable-ultimate-gutenberg-blocks/

You should install and activate the above plugin and then check if you able to add the image box block.
