Hello,
I would need to create a related custom fields for a custom post.
I need to create a countries field, then regions field link to the first one.
the fileds should be multiselect (or taxonomy), and the regions field should be conditionnal based on the countries selected.
How can i do that ?

Can you please let us know if you want to do it in the front end using Toolset Forms or if you're going to enter the CPT data containing the countries and regions in the back end using the WordPress editor?

I checked it with our senior analysts I'm afraid there is no such feature available at the moment as there is no easy workaround as well.
