This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Once you install and register Toolset:
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/

As you can see with the step #5 with the above doc with the screenshot you will see the "Framework Installer" - from there you will be able to install the framework installer plugin.
