form - Toolset

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

create a form the same as this lien caché

Is this "doable" with the Toolset form. I have done this before with Meta Box but am using Toolset for present project.

Perhaps it is only terminology, but MB "uses"sub fields in sub groups
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

It might not be exactly like the reference you shared but its possible but may need some custom conditional display or programming.
