Hi, I am using the Toolset image block with Lightbox links on several pages and I am finding it common in Safari (desktop and mobile) that any images loaded as part of the initial load will fail to render/display. I am using the Astra theme, as well as the WP Rocket template which is configured to lazy load images. From what I can tell this is only happening on Safari. Here are pages I have experienced it on:

I wonder if you have a caching issue in Safari.
When I visit the links the first image loads (the same result as in Firefox and Chrome).
Can you clear your browser cache, and—if possible—maybe access the page from a different device than you normally use to see if it loads normally?
