Solution:
Gym Types is setup as taxonomy. You will find the Gym Types under the Gym post type. Please check the following screenshot:

I am working to modify the predefined Gyms and Trainers directory. It is very nice. But I cannot seem to find where the listing of Gym Types is edited or added. The image shows the options in the Add Gym page. Thank you.
