[Résolu] Filtering Views Query by Shortcode attribute

Ce fil est résolu. Voici une description du problème et la solution proposée.

Problem:
How can I filter a view by a ShortCode attribute?

Solution:
1. Create a View
2. Choose a Query Filter of your choice and pass the value to filter by as a ShortCode argument
3. When you insert the View, use the GUI "Query Section" to define what value you want to pass to the View's ShortCode argument.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to add a shortcode with custom attribute (type) like this

[wpv-view name="ipo-listing" type="main"]

I assume the custom attribute is used for filtering query, how can I set in Views setting?

Best regards,

Kelvin.

This is elaborated here:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/passing-arguments-to-views/

The DOC goes over all single steps to take.

Please let me know if you struggle with this, and point to me where you got stuck.

I will then do 2 things:

1. Request a improved DOC

2. Help you either online on your Site with this (creating a Dummy view) or outline here the steps you are stuck with.

Thank you.
