Hi there when I went to update it said error, unauthorized or something, so I went to updating the plugin using the add new -->commercial tab and that looked like it was working, but then the site just white screened. I had to manually de-activate the plugin, tried deleting and re-installing and the error occurred again. So I had to restore my site from a backup and then I manually uploaded the views plugin via zip install, and it did work after the restore, but this was a pretty major upgrade bug that I couldn't fix except for by restoring my site!! I was only updated 1 version bump.

I've checked and we haven't received any other reports about an error like this, during the update process.
Do you recall which Toolset plugins and WordPress versions you had at that time and what was the PHP version? If you could provide a backup of the website before the updates that you restored, we can get it investigated on our test server.
