When I try to get into a content template to edit it, I'm only seeing an error message saying "This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed". I haven't had to edit this template for a few months so something must have changed in that time to cause this, but I'm not sure what that would be. Can you assist?

Welcome to Toolset Support. Could you please tell me which block displays the error? Is it the Fields and Text block, Map block, View block, or another block?
Please also perform the following check:
At the top of the Content Template, set the "View with:" field to a post that uses this template. Then, save and reopen the template. This error can occur when no preview source is selected for the template.
Please also follow these steps:
- IMPORTANT: Create a backup of your website. An even better approach would be to perform this test on a copy or staging version of the website to avoid disrupting the live site.
- Switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty, by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Themes."
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except:
- Toolset Types
- Toolset Blocks/Views
- Check whether you can still reproduce the issue.
- If not, reactivate the plugins one at a time and check for the issue after activating each one to identify the plugin causing the problem.

Sorry for not replying right away.
When I open our Rides template, which is a template for a custom content type, the very first block gives that error. If I click on it, it says it is a Grid on the right side. Nothing else from our template shows after that. The template is still working on our pages of that content type. I just can't get in to edit the template any more.
The "View with..." field is on a post using this template already. I tried changing it to a different ride, saving it and going back in, but the same error is present.
I'll do the theme and plugin test during the overnight hours tonight. I'll add another reply after doing that. I'll have to put the site in maintenance mode before doing that and it's better to do that when there won't be much traffic on the site.
