Custom search not working

This support ticket is created Il y a 3 years, 6 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Our site currently has a custom search in place to show results of dentists in our database that work within a specified distance. Here is the search on our live site:

This search functionality used to be working but now when using the search we currently get no results. Any incite regarding how to fix this issue would be much appreciated. Thank you.
