Thank you for the credentials. I was able to log in with them and check. It seems that the key is registered correctly, and I am able to check for updates without issues.

Yesterday, we have got some glitches with the updates' server, I assume that it was then when you got the connection error.

As of now, the connection seems to work correctly. Please let me know if you are still encountering any issues.
