Problem:
Communication error

toolset: Site key does not match for domain.com subscription-fetching 2024-06-03 06:03:26

Solution:

There were instances in the past where this issue was resolved by recreating the license and registering Toolset again. Can you please follow these steps to try to fix the issue?

- Go to https://toolset.com/account/ and remove the key for your site
- Click on 'Add new site' and add your site again and save the new generated key(when adding it again, please make sure to add it exactly as it is registered within the site's DB, eg: with or without https, with or without WWW)
- Go to Plugins > Add New
- Click on "Commercial"
- Click on "Register Toolset" and try to register Toolset again with the new generated key

Customer tested it and it fixed the issue.

Hi

Please keep this ticket private.

I renewed my toolset license and entered my key for and was able to update to 3.5.2 for Types

But I still get a communication error as shown below. The website used to be a different domain name and was prob under that name when toolset was orig installed but my toolset account is new as the prior developer is gone. Also we will be changing the name again in a few weeks

Please advise how to correct this issue

Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com

Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.
