Not really, but I did find this ticket, but I think it must be outdated:

Hi there

I checked your site and ran a test and see the issue, but I tried a similar set up on my own test site and there everything worked normally.

Could we get access (admin) to your site to be able to double-check you have this working to see if we can spot the problem?

Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Hello,

I can see the problem in the URL you mentioned above(the repeating image field "Board Images").
But I can not duplicate the same problem in my localhost with a fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugins.

So there should be other compatibility issues in your website, please try these:
1) check if there is any PHP error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging
2) deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2022, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
3) If the problem is fixed, activate other plugins/theme one by one, try to locate the problem plugin/theme

We had already tried disabling everything before we reached out to you. I just tried again and still no luck. I will try debugging PHP.

I tried turning on debug but no errors are being logged to error_log.php. Can I give you FTP access?
