Can't update plugin

This support ticket is created Il y a 3 years. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When I try to update Toolset types in the plugins page, it gives me the following error:

Update failed: Could not copy file. types/vendor/toolset/toolset-common/inc/m2m/DatabaseLayer/Version1/PotentialAssociation/join_manager.php

Is there any documentation that you are following? No, I searched the Errata and didn't find this.

Is there a similar example that we can see? No

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

An error like this can be encountered if the server doesn't have enough space for new files or the file permissions or the security policies are limiting the addition of new files.

Can you please get in touch with your hosting server's support team, to look into this further?
