[Résolu] can't update content templates

This support ticket is created Il y a 2 years, 2 months. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: When I update an existing content template, the standard Update button does not activate. If I try to leave page, it knows I have made changes, but there is no way to save. If I have a synched pattern on the page and chnage it, it will show the page and synched pattern as update options.

We have a couple of reports of something similar which the developers are looking into. It is something which is a little tricky to reliably reproduce, though we do have a couple of such examples.

I hope we can make some progress soon, but in the meantime there is a fairly simple workaround you can employ.

At the top of the page are the selectors for different sized screens (mobile, tablet, desktop). Just toggle between those and it will unlock the Update button and you can save your work.
