Hi Petr,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Since this is an error 500 there could be something in your php log files that could give a clue as to what happened.

Could you check your php log file on your server to see if the error is also there and any details it provides.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks,
Shane

Dear Shane, can you please navigate me to php log?
Must say, there is no other plugin, that has this problem.

Hi Petr,

The best thing that I can recommend to do is to contact your server support so they can give you the best directions.

Also could you try doing this as well.

>Login to wp-types.com/account
>Visit this page: https://toolset.com/account/sites/

>If client account is valid, you delete the dev site there then regenerate another key. After that click 'Add new site' and enter the dev site e.g.: hidden link

>It will re-generate another key.take note.
>Then here: hidden link
>Click "Unregister Toolset from this site"
>Now add the new key generated in the Toolset site.
>Once the site is fully authenticated with the new key.
>Go to update dashboard: hidden link
>Try clicking 'Check again'
>Then try updating Views to latest version.

I'm waiting for your feedback.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane, I unregistered Toolset from the site, generated new Key a and registered the site again. Still the some problem.
I tried to update only Types (1 of 5 plugins that need update) and it passed. That access - problem.
I can create an account for you to see the problem.

Hi Petr,

What you can do is to also perform a manual update of the plugins.

To do this just follow the instructions below.

- Download your WordPress Plugin to your desktop.
- If downloaded as a zip archive, extract the Plugin folder to your desktop.
- With your FTP program, upload the Plugin folder to the wp-content/plugins folder in your WordPress directory online.
- Go to Plugins screen and find the newly uploaded Plugin in the list.
- Click Activate to activate it.

You can download the plugin files from the link below.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Thanks,
Shane

Ok, this way works.
But it is not solution for future. I do not want to update Toolset plugins through FTP in future.

I have problems with Toolset also on other web sites. It is often error with internal memory - but no other plugin has this problem. For example I am not able to install reference sites, because of memory limits. I use for my clients one hosting company, perhaps it is related to the hosting. Aren´t the tools too big (MB) related?

Hi Petr,

This could be because of a plugin conflict or could be that the plugin needs updating.

Were you able to update the plugins through FTP?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Petr,

When you are doing this does any error occur ?

Also I would like for you to enable the plugins so that I can check for any errors being generated in the console.

Thanks
Shane

during FTP updates did not occur any error?
Go ahead with enabling plugins...

Hi Petr,

I was able to see the issue.

To verify that this isn't a conflict with another plugin I would like for you to temporarily disable all other non-toolset plugins and try saving your view. I was able to see a javascript error in the console.

Thanks,
Shane
