This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi there

There can occasionally be interruptions connecting to the toolset.com servers, could you try again?

If the problem persists, could you go to the installer troubleshooting page and check for reports of problems in the displayed log.

Go to Toolset > Settings and follow the Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting link at the bottom.

From that page, follow the Installer Support link.

Please share what you find.
