I am trying to: upgrade from Toolset WooCommerce Blocks from 2.9.4 to 3.0

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: products ordered using the custom order that I had previously set. This is an example of the page with the order as it should be:
hidden link

Instead, I got: hidden link
The custom sort order settings no longer work.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share admin access details so I can review how exactly and with what field you set your view to order by and after reviewing it I will run a test with my test site.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

When I checked the archive - the archive is set to order by post date within the "Ordering" section of archive.
=> hidden link

Can you please try to set correct ordering option or tell me with what field you want to order by your posts?

Hi Minesh

We had been using the WooCommerce sorting of "Default sorting (custom ordering + name)" which had been working until this latest update of the Toolset Woo plugin.

What's the equivalent of this in the archive sorting options?

Cheers, Emily

I see you set your archive to order by Menu Order:
=> hidden link

For secondary order - you can select the post title(name) right? or Name is your another custom field?

Hi Minesh, thanks for your help with this. I think your suggestion has fixed the issue. We didn't really address the fact that everything had been working fine until the plugin upgrade, which I'm a little uncomfortable about. But I really appreciate your help with finding the right settings to get the sort order back to what it should be.

Thanks again, Emily
