Problem:
How to create a Conditional HTML that does display "A" if the condition is true, and "B" if false

Solution:
Conditional HTML already acts as a if/else statement.
If you evaluate a conditional for "if this is true, then do xy", it means that if the conditional returns "not true", xy will not happen and anything else will happen that you code into the Loop.

If you need to display conditionally BOTH (the content in conditional and the content in a loop) then you can wrap both contents in a conditional and once evaluate for true, once for false.
